Carrie Miller is a highly motivated, innovative professional who excels in managing and executing aspects of recreation programs, community wide special events and collaborations, cultural and performing arts productions, and non-profit fund development. She is able to design, implement, administer, and coordinate original ideas from conception to completion.
In addition, Carrie has expertise and strengths in project management including promotions and social media networking, program coordination, data entry and organization, vendor and contract negotiation, employee management, budget development, and preservation.
